Warrant Terms & Conditions

Spectraflex brand products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Spectraflex or from an authorized reseller. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

What the Warranty Covers

If a defect arises during the warranty period, Spectraflex may, at its discretion:

Repair the defective product
Replace the product
Refund the original purchase price

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Your name and contact info
Proof of purchase
Description of the issue
Photos or video (if available)

2. If approved, you will receive a return label. Do not ship without authorization.

3. Ship the product to:
