Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of many Spectraflex products:

  • Refunds are not available for custom or personalized cables after 24 hours from purchase.

  • Standard (non-custom) cables may be eligible for return if defective.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Video proof demonstrating the defect is required for cable-related returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to Spectraflex error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Personalized or custom cables

Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items and must be approved in advance.
Video proof of the defect is required prior to approval.
Personalized or custom cables are not eligible for exchanges.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved by Spectraflex. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

We recommend using insured shipping with tracking. Spectraflex is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, contact spectraflexaudio@gmail.com with:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or video (required for cable defects)

If approved, you will receive return instructions.
Do not ship any product without authorization.

This warranty does not cover:

Accidental or intentional damage
Unauthorized repairs
Improper installation
Normal wear and tear
Unauthorized resellers
