Shipping policy
We ship orders Monday through Friday from our factory in Greenville, South Carolina.
Due to the nature of our product, having thousands of color/pattern and connector combinations, all manufacturing begins at the time the order is placed. This process usually requires 1-3 business days and most orders ship within 5-8 business days from the order date. If you need us to expedite your order, please make a notation in the comments box at the time of order. We will do everything possible to expedite your order.
Shipping Carriers
We use UPS, USPS and for all deliveries. You have the option to choose your preferred service at check out, provided the service is available in your area.
Shipping Charges
All orders are charged actual and/or dimensional weight and destination, plus a $1.00 handling fee and insurance at $1.00 per $100.00 value.
Change/Cancel Order
Because our order processing occurs within minutes of receiving an order, changes cannot be made to quantities, part numbers, shipping methods or addresses. Please contact us at 864-749-1419 and we will try our best to resolve any issues that you may have.
Refuse Shipment
If your order has shipped, you may refuse the shipment. We will process a refund once the refused shipment has returned to our facility. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund unless the refusal is due to our error.
Shipment Damage
Inspect your package thoroughly upon delivery and report any damage or errors within 5 days of receipt of the package.
