Shipping

How do you ship?

We use UPS, USPS and for all deliveries. You have the option to choose your preferred service at check out, providing the service is available in your area.

How much is shipping?

All orders are charged actual and/or dimensional weight and destination, plus $1.00 handling fee and insurance at $1.00 per $100.00 value.

Can I cancel my order?

Because our order processing occurs within minutes of receiving an order, changes cannot be made to quantities, part numbers, shipping methods or address. Please contact us 864-749-1419 and we will try our best to resolve any issues that you may have.

What are your shipping hours?

We ship orders Monday through Friday from our factory in Greenville, South Carolina.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not thoroughly satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt , and we'll promptly exchange it or refund your purchase price, less the initial shipping charges*.

All Spectraflex Tuners and Capos are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship to the original consumer purchaser as listed below:
