For over 28 years, Spectraflex has provided quality products to our customers through a network of authorized dealers and most recently, through our website.
In order to make your experience on our site easy and enjoyable, we have outlined details concerning payment and shipping below.

We are available to process a phone order, provide technical support, or resolve an order concern 9:00am to 5:00pm CST, Monday - Friday.
MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are all available.
PayPal terms are only available to registered and verified PayPal Buyers.
We are required by law to collect Florida state and county sales tax when orders ship to a Florida address.
Shipping Hours and Services
We ship orders Monday through Friday from our factory in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
Due to the nature of our product, having thousands of color/pattern and connector combinations, all manufacturing begins at the time the order is placed. This process usually requires 1-2 business days and most orders ship within 1-3 business days from the order date. If you need us to expedite your order, please make a notation in the comments box at the time of order. We will do everything possible to expedite your order.
We use UPS, USPS and Fedex for all deliveries. You have the option to choose your preferred service at check out, providing the service is available in your area.
All orders are charged actual and/or dimensional weight and destination, plus $0.99 handling fee and insurance at $0.80 per $100.00 value.
Because our order processing occurs within minutes of receiving an order, changes cannot be made to quantities, part numbers, shipping methods or address. Please contact us 1-800-680-3539 and we will try our best to resolve any issues that you may have.
If your order has shipped, you may refuse the shipment. We will process a refund once the refused shipment has returned to our facility. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund, unless the refusal is due to our error.
Inspect your package thoroughly upon delivery and report any damage or errors within 5 days of receipt of package.
