Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Personalized cables are non-returnable. Shipping
We ship orders Monday through Friday from our factory in Greenville, South Carolina.
Due to the nature of our product, having thousands of color/pattern and connector combinations, all manufacturing begins at the time the order is placed. This process usually requires 2-3 business days and most orders ship within 1-3 business days from the order date. If you need us to expedite your order, please make a notation in the comments box at the time of order. We will do everything possible to expedite your order.
